The first thing that is noticeably different is that Elaine does not bring your child indoors to the same staged studio that has been used by so many other kids. She invites everyone into her home. You sit in the kitchen and talk for a while. She will ask you some questions and pretty soon you feel right at ease. Eventually, you walk outside into a “studio” that covers about two acres, and the photo shoot begins. It is not unusual for Elaine to take between 250-350 pictures, using a number of natural backdrops, because she wants to make sure that she captures the best “you” that she can. You may even find yourself changing your outfit a number of times. And you will never feel rushed.

From all of the pictures that she takes, Elaine will select 30-60 proofs for you to come back and take a look at. Picture selection is always fun at Elaine Wallace Photography, but it is never easy! You will have a difficult time making those final choices, but your family and friends are usually there to help you along. It takes a while, but you always end up loving the proofs you pick.
